I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Iceberg Borovets. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, quickly accommodating my requests and providing helpful suggestions. My spacious apartment was well-kept and featured a lovely balcony that offered picturesque views of the snowy landscape.

Elevators need improvements.

The highlight of my recent stay was the spacious triple room with a stunning view of the nearby forest. It was just a short walk to the lifts, making it convenient for skiing at the nearby resort. The sauna was decent, though it got a bit crowded on weekends. the breakfast could definitely use more variety and improvements to the quality of the food offered during the mornings.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. The carpets were stained, and the walls seemed to be in need of maintenance. the elevator was quite confusing, with inconsistent floor indications causing frustration during my stay.

Loved the facilities, sauna, gym and pool! Friendly staff added to our lovely stay in a room with a balcony. Great value for the price!

Recommend it for families

The place was really cute to us and our dogs that were travelling with us. We loved the spacious and bright apartment it felt like home. The food at the restaurant was really tasty and even had nice options for dinner.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but we expected that for this kind of stay.

The apartment was spacious and bright, which was a big plus for us as a family. We loved having a balcony with a great view of the forest, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The hot water was always available, making showers really comfortable. But the noise from the nightclub nearby was a bit annoying at times, especially since we wanted to relax after skiing. the room was a solid place to stay, just needed a bit more soundproofing.

I had a spacious room during my three-night stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been improved. For instance, the bathroom floor was often wet due to a leaking boiler, and I found that the room wasn't cleaned during my visit. Breakfast offered some decent options, but it really lacked variety.
